Photography Studio Rates
- 9:00AM – 6:00PM @HK$250 per hour, minimum 2 hours, @HK$1,700 for 8 hours (Monday to Friday)
- 9:00AM – 6:00PM @HK$280 per hour, minimum 2 hours, @HK$1,900 for 8 hours (Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
- 6:00PM – 10:00PM @HK$300 per hour, minimum 2 hours, @HK$1,000 for 4 hours
- After 10:00PM @HK$500 per hour
- All rates inclusive of lighting equipment, standard 9 ft. background paper, WiFi access, 15 minutes set up time, free use of makeup stations and basic amenities
- For TVC and other productions, extra HK$500 will be levied for cleaning expenses.
Reservation
Reservation can be made via the Booking Form on our Space Rental Bookings Page.
Booking Deposit
To reserve your booking slot a deposit equivalent to 50% of the rental rates is required to secure the slot. The remainder is due at the end of the hire period.
Cancellation
Cancellation is to be made with 48 hours prior notice. There will be no refund of deposit for cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. An administration fee of HK$100 will apply for cancellations.
Breakages and damages
The person booking the session is responsible for all breakages and will be charged at the end of the hire period

Terms of Use
1. Reservation: Reservations will not be held until deposit payment is received and cleared. Payment is not refunded unless notice of cancellation is made at least 48 hours before Renter’s reservation date. PASM Workshop reserves the right to refuse reservations at its sole discretion.
2. Length of Use: Hourly rental periods are 60 minutes. Arrival up 15 minutes early is allowed for set up. Studio clean up must be completed by the end of the rental period. If the studio is not satisfactorily returned to the state it was prior to the rental period, a clean-up fee will be assessed.
3. Terms of Use: Use of our studio and our equipment is AT RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Renters are solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises. Renters are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any models Renter engages. Renter understands that if the PASM Workshop observes dangerous, pornographic, or negligent practices or activities are being engaged in, PASM Workshop reserves the right to stop the shoot and require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately — HOWEVER, PASM Workshop assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases.
4. Equipment: PASM Workshop agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. PASM Workshop is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather or emergencies. In such cases, PASM Workshop will refund a prorated portion of Renter’s payment. Damages are the renters Resposibility and must be settled after hire period at market value.
5. Useage: Strictly NO adult content to be shot in the studio and the photographer accepts Liabilty arising from any content shot and copyright issues. The photographer is responsible for verification of models age and status before shooting and must ensure that the content is not used on any adult dating sites and forums.
